Refund policy

Pahpel accepts returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging; items showing wear, washing, stains, or damage cannot be returned. Custom or limited-edition items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged. To start a return, email us with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method and may take 3–7 business days to appear; shipping fees are not refundable. Exchanges are offered only for the same item in a different size or color if available, otherwise a refund will be issued. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 72 hours with photos and we will replace the item at no cost. Final sale items, digital products, gift cards, and custom-made items are not eligible for return. For any questions or help, reach out to us anytime.
